CONFERENCE PARTECIPATION FEE
Participation to the exhibition is free. See below for details on conference fee.
• Lunch & digital copy of the handouts are included for all conference participants
• Participants have full and free access to the exhibition
• Travel and accommodation are not included
Special offer for academic personnel & students
Students, researchers, teachers and other staff working at a university or (technical) school can apply for a 50% reduction on participation fees.
These special conditions are limited to a maximum of 50 operators from the educational world.

Terms of payment
Full payment for Euromaintenance 2010 must be received within 1 week after the date of the invoice.
This payment must be received before the start of the event to guarantee your participation.
Participants from whom we have not received payment prior Euromaintenance 2010 will be asked to pay cash at the registration desk before being allowed access the conference.
All rates mentioned do not include 20% VAT.
Cancellation
Registration modifications and/or cancellations must be made in writing and directed to the registration department (euromaintenance2010@eiomfiere.it).
If cancellation is received before 12 April 2010, the amount paid will be refunded minus 10% for the administration fee.
Cancellations received after 12 April 2010 will not be entitled to a refund, but a substitution by another person is possible.
Refunds will be processed after the congress. Please note that refund rates do not apply to any bank or administration fees.
