 The EFNMS Certification of Experts in Maintenance Management – The Exam On the 13th of May in connection with the Euromaintenance 2010, an Exam will be arranged in Maintenance Management based upon the EFNMS’s competence requirements Those participants that pass the Exam and have got at least 5 years of experience within maintenance, of which 2 years of them in a managing position, will be able to get the EFNMS’ Certificate as an European Expert in Maintenance Management. The Rules and Requirements to achieve the Maintenance Management Certificate can be found on http://www.efnms.org/consoleo_files/modulefiles/filebrowser/images/committees/M_Req.pdf The written examination which will be done in the English language is divided into two parts: 1) “Management and Organisation” and “Maintenance Information Systems”. 2) “Reliability Performance of Production Plants” and “Methods and Techniques” The examination participation cost for the examination is € 300, and is not included in the Euromaintenance Fee. The Fee should be paid before the examination. The participation cost includes also refreshments during the Exam and the Lunch. Those that pass the Exam will get a Diploma in the closing session of Euromaintenance on the 14th of May, and will be able to receive the proper Certificate later. Who should attend? Anyone is welcome to register for the exam. The registration should have arrived to the EFNMS European Certification Committee not later than the 15th of April. To arrange the Exam there has to be at least 14 participants.
